All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information. 

SHIPPING WITH USPS
All of our packages are shipped through USPS with a tracking number. Transit time for standard US packages is about 5-7 business days. This does NOT include production time (1-3 business days).

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

If you are purchasing from overseas, you are responsible for any taxes or levies that your country imposes. International shipping times may vary depending on destination, but all packages originate from USPS.

LOST /DAMAGED ITEMS
If your package shows as delivered and is not in your mailbox, please give it a little more time to show up, these packages usually do find their way to you. Let us know about packages that are 7 days or older from the last tracking scan. We are happy to file a lost mail report with USPS and work with you.
